CONSTRUCTION ON THE SAN LORENZO RIVER LEVEE SEWER SIPHON PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH TOMORROW NIGHT.   SANTA CRUZ PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT EXPECTS THE WORK TO TAKE ABOUT 36 HOURS AND BE COMPLETED BY 10 P.M. TOMORROW.    THE WORK, WHICH WAS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN LAST THURSDAY, WAS POSTPONED TO TODAY FOR UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS.      THE STAGING AREA FOR LINING THE PIPE WILL BE BETWEEN THE LEVEE AND LAUREL STREET EXTENSION, NEAR KAISER PERMANENTE ARENA.   RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS SHOULD EXPECT SIGNIFICANT NOISE DURING A PORTION OF THE WORK.
