ANOTHER LOCAL FIREFIGHTING AGENCY HAS BEEN DEPLOYED TO HELP FIGHT THE MORGAN FIRE CURRENTLY BURNING ON MOUNT DIABLO IN CONTRA COSTA COUNTY.    TWENTY-SIX MEMBERS OF THE CALIFORNIA CONSERVATION CORPS FROM THE MONTEREY BAY CENTER IN WATSONVILLE ARE ASSISTING CAL FIRE WITH LOGISTICAL SUPPORT.   OFFICIALS EXPECT THE WATSONVILLE CREW TO BE WORKING THERE FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS.  AS OF THIS MORNING, THE FIRE HAS CHARRED ROUGHLY 3,500 ACRES AND IS ABOUT 45% CONTAINED.  700 FIREFIGHTERS ARE BATTLING THE BLAZE INCLUDING 100-FIREFIGHTERS FROM THE TRI-COUNTY AREA.
