A  one-of-a-kind  charter  school  opened  in  Monterey County today.     Along with  science  and  math,  the students  at  Millennium  Charter  High  School  (which  houses  a  live  radio  and  television  station  that will be operated  by  the students) will be  learning  either  how  to  run the behind-the-scenes  broadcast  media  equipment,  or  the  students  will  be  the  “On Air” talent.       Millennium  Charter  High  School  can  serve  about  100  students,  and  any  high  school  student residing  in  Monterey  County can  attend.
