The santa cruz police department has released the names of seven people arrested in a 3 month drug and gang crack downs in the beach flats area. 26 year old Juan Armando Silva, 27 year old Manuel Huerta Silva, 18 year old Andrew Villa, 32 year old Jeremy Ochoa, 31 year old Rene Perez Mendoza, 43 year old Edward Lujan, and a 17 year old minor were all arrested in connection with the dug and gang problem in the beach flats area of santa cruz.
