A Morgan Hill teen has been arrested on Rape charges. The 16-year-old Boy, whose name has not been released, allegedly raped a 40-year-old woman, while she was drunk. The woman took a cab home from a bar Saturday night. The cab driver waived down a passing car driven by a mother and her son and asked for assistance in getting the intoxicated women into her home. Later that night the teen returned to the woman’s home and raped her, claiming he deserved compensation for helping her. The boy left, returning a second time bring with him his girlfriend and another girl to burglarize the home. All three have been arrested. The three teens were all on probation.
