A Carmel real estate agent has been sentenced to a year in jail. 59-year-old Joseph Rousso, was found guilty of embezzling nearly a quarter million dollars from victims. Rousso sold personal items on consignment but allegedly pocketed some of the money belonging to his clients. He has been ordered to pay full restitution.
