Monterey county sheriff’s deputies arrested 2 castroville fugitives on sunday. the 2 men were arrested for OUTSTANDING warrants, drug possession, PARAPHERNALIA, probation violations, and resisting arrest. 27 year old faustino flores and 20 year old quincy negrete were booked into monterey county jail.
