the search for the scuba diver missing since sunday MORNING has been called off. the marin county diver’s truck had been noticed unattended in the san carlos beach parking lot. the monterey fire department received the report of missing man at 11 a-m sunday. the search turned up a flashlight in the dive area, it is not known if it BELONGS to the missing diver.
