F.O.R.A.’S  RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS,  WITH

REGARDS TO EXPENDITURE OF 100 MILLION DOLLARS IN

FEDERAL CLEAN-UP FUNDS.      AS A RESULT OF THE RULING,  THE BASE

REUSE REASSESSMENT CAN CONTINUE.
