Toxicology Report Withheld in Drowning 4.9.13 11a AF

Authorities have decided against releasing the toxicology report for a drowned woman who died in early February.       26-year-old Guadalupe Cortes went missing on February 3rd after going swimming with two men in the San Lorenzo River near Ben Lomond.      Her body was found the next day near Highlands Park after she was reported missing.     An autopsy report lists the cause of death as hypothermia and drowning.     The report will be withheld because drugs and alcohol were not factors in Cortes’ death.
