The Rocky Point restaurant in Big Sur, which has been a destination spot for 60 years held a grand reopening this week after the new owner made a few changes.    The cliff top eatery was purchased for $4.75 million back in December, by new owner Peter Wang.     Chef Christopher Bony of Casanova in Carmel had joined the staff, and brings his familiarity with French cooking with him.     The restaurant opened for lunch Monday, but after and unexpectedly large turnout, has decided to reopen Wednesday morning to do more preparation.
