A 25-year-old man pleaded not guilty tuesday to felony charges of selling drugs, as well as a parole violation. aptos resident sean Daniel Roberts was taken into custody this past Friday, after a parole search of his vehicle allegedly turned up heroin, methamphetamine, prescription pills, hypodermic needles, and 5-hundred dollars in cash. Roberts was previously arrested for drug sales in 2009.
