A bonny doon man came to the rescue of an injured motorist (and the driver’s dog) early tuesday morning. a California highway patrol officer arrived at last chance road (north of davenport) at 2:30 a.m., to find an abandoned suburban. After an investigation, it was determined that a 29-year-old morgan hill man had slammed into a tree and suffered serious injuries. a 20-year-old passerby drove the victim to Dominican hospital, and he is now caring for the injured man’s dog.
