The results in santa cruz county have been certified for june 5th’s primary election. Santa cruz county clerk gail pellerin said that the results show the 5th supervisorial district race is indeed headed for a runoff in November. The race will be between eric hammer and bruce mcpherson. Pellerin said voter turnout was an all-time low for a presidential primary election.
