19-year-old Hollister resident Breanna Stewart will soon face arraignment on charges of gross vehicular manslaughter. Stewart was charged for her involvement in an alleged drunk driving accident that killed 23-year-old Ryan McFall, who was a passenger in Stewart’s car, on January 14th. Stewart was released on 100 thousand dollars bail in January, as has been free since. If the case goes to trial, Stewart could face penalties of four, six, or 10 years in prison.
