The arraignment hearing was postponed today for the 3-men accused of killing 21-year-old Fernando martin Mendoza-avila this past wednesday in aptos. Alfredo alanis Garcia, Rafael Zamora barron, and Christopher Herrera Bermudez are due back in court on june 19th, when they are expected to enter pleas to 1st degree murder and other charges.
