More than 2-thousand bicyclists participating in a state-wide race were stranded in salinas monday. The rain delayed riders in the aids lifecycle ride to end aids, in which bicyclists ride from san Francisco to los angeles during a 7-day trek. Riders were stranded for hours in salinas’ central park as the rain passed.
