Bank occupation charges dismissed 05/13/12 6:45p.m. TDH

2-more people accused of trespassing and conspiracy have had the charges against them dismissed.  Bradley stuart allen and alex darocy were accused of being involved with the occupation of a vacant bank building in santa cruz last November.  They were facing felony conspiracy and trespassing, however santa cruz county judge paul burdick ruled that there was little evidence to support the prosecution, and the charges were dismissed.   allen and darocy maintained that they were not part of the group, but were covering the occupation for an online news website.   so far, charges have been dismissed for 6 of the 11 accused people in the case.  The other 5 are scheduled for preliminary hearings later this month.
