a hotel project near the gilroy premium outlets was unanimously approved by the city planning COMMISSION AT their meeting recently. the project includes a 180 room holiday inn and a 150 room extended stay holiday inn on the corner of leavesly road and forest street. the approval comes with the condition that the developer further negotiates with the city before presenting the plan to the city council. the proposal is set to be discussed by the city council at their meeting on may 21st.
