a sentencing hearing for a former hollister police sergeant has been delayed. ray wood was convicted of embezzling more than 100-thousand dollars from the hollister police officer’s union, while he was union president. sentencing has been delayed to june 15th, to allow wood to secure the funds for restitution. wood remains out on 60-thousand dollars bail.
