No injuries were reported when a woman slammed into a salinas house in her S.U.V. on Saturday night. The driver struck power lines near the corner of west laurel drive and polk street, before hitting the house. There were people inside the house at the time, however nobody was injured. The driver told salinas police officers that she fell asleep before the wreck. P.G. & E. crews were called to the scene to repair the downed power lines.
