A 20-year-old man was arrested in Greenfield yesterday (mon), following a brief foot pursuit. Jorge lopez allegedly ran from Greenfield police officers, after they tried to arrest him on 5th street. lopez was wanted on an outstanding warrant. After the chase, He was found hiding in a backyard. He was allegedly in possession of a loaded pistol and marijuana. Lopez was booked into monterey county jail on multiple charges.
