a plea hearing for 5 suspects accused of murdering a 14 year old morgan hill girl in november of last year has been postponed. 18 year old esmeling bahena, 19 year old ricardo diaz, 20 year old fernando mateo lopez, and 17 year old ramon gutierrez are scheduled to appear in court on march 29th. they face charges of murder and attempted murder with ENHANCEMENTS for being associated with an illegal street gang. the suspects are accused of killing 14 year old tara romero, and shooting 3 other juveniles who were sobrato high school students.
