a santa cruz man, who is on probation, was arrested on saturday after he ran from police when they asked him about his probation drug testing. 25 year old jose godoy appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance when santa cruz police contacted him. godoy took off running, and tried to throw 10 grams of suspected heroin onto the roof of a nearby business. santa cruz police officers eventually caught up with him and arrested godoy on several charges.
