An arrest warrant has been issued for the mother convicted of attempting to sell her baby outside of wal-mart. The incident occurred in 2010, when now-22-year-old Samantha tomasini offered her baby for 25-dollars, outside the salinas wal-mart. She was ordered to undergo drug rehab after agreeing to a plea deal. Her boyfriend was sentenced to 6-months in jail. Tomasini left the drug treatment center without completing the program. After she failed to appear in a monterey county courtroom yesterday, a warrant was issued for her arrest.
