A 52-year-old Livermore man is facing D-U-I charges, after crashing a motorcycle in santa cruz county. At about 9 p.m. Saturday, Edward Gonzales wrecked his motorcycle as he attempted to exit highway-1 at soquel avenue. Gonzales was airlifted out of the county to be treated for his injuries. Tests allegedly revealed that he was under the influence, and Gonzales was arrested on suspicion of D-U-I.
