the trial date has been set for a live oak man accused of killing his roommate. 51 year old louis nicholas kusalich is accused of killing 50 year old robert burr in september of 2010. burr’s body was found on kusalich’s father’s property off glen haven road in soquel. kusalich is due in court to stand trial on july 30th. he remains in santa cruz county jail.
