A marine biologist accused of violating multiple federal regulations pleaded not guilty on thursday to all charges against her.  Nancy black is accused of violating the marine mammal protection act in 2004 and 2005, when she allegedly interfered with killer whales that were feeding in the monterey bay.    Black is also facing 2-counts for what prosecutors called “doctoring of a video” that had been sought as evidence.  The case is set to continue later this month.
