a watsonville man was arrested on friday on suspicion of hit and run. watsonville police responded to a hit and run injury accident at the intersection of stanford street and monte vista avenue. witnesses reported that the suspect vehicle had fled and parked behind a residence on prospect street. 20 year old ulysses giles-adan admitted to being the driver of the suspect vehicle. he was booked into santa cruz county jail on charges of felony injury hit and run and felony driving under the influence.
