A salinas save-mart is scheduled to close at the end of the month. Officials at the modesto-based chain decided to shutter the store on north davis road because of below-average sales figures. The 2-other salinas stores owned by save-mart are expected to remain open. The last day of business for the north davis road store is scheduled to be January 28th.
