a ben lomond man accused of assaulting his son in law on christmas morning has set an arraignment date. 56 year old jim brown allegedly struck his daughter’s husband on the head with a machete early sunday morning. brown, who is currently not in custody, faces charges of battery and assault with a deadly weapon. he is set to return to court on january 19th for an arraignment.
