The spca for monterey county has received 26 dogs from the salinas animal services shelter. The dogs were surrendered to the shelter, but there was not enough room at the facility. The spca was able to accept the dogs, after a successful adoption event last weekend freed up some space. 14 of the dogs (some of them puppies) are already up for adoption. they include Chihuahuas, terriers, and yorkies.
