A man was arrested today(fri) in santa cruz, after leading police officers from capitola on a low-speed chase. Officers attempted to pull over victor Ramirez on 41st avenue, but police say he wouldn’t stop. Ramirez obeyed all traffic laws during the pursuit, including driving the speed limit. He was cornered on murray street, with the help of santa cruz police officers and santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies.
