A morgan hill man who was arrested last week is facing charges of illegally killing a bobcat. 38-year-old henry arnibal was arrested on drug charges, and on suspicion of engaging in illegal cockfighting. Several roosters, along with related tools and equipment, were found on his sleepy valley road property. Also found was a dead bobcat, which had been skinned. Authorities report that arnibal admitted that he killed and ate the bobcat, after it had killed and ate 5-roosters. It is not illegal to eat a bobcat, but it is a crime to kill one out of season.
