3 people were arrested in Castroville on Monday, on drug and burglary-related charges. the 3-people, (all Watsonville residents in their 20s), were pulled over at merritt and pajaro streets by monterey county sheriff’s deputies. drugs, paraphernalia, and burglary tools were allegedly found in the vehicle. Marisol Serrano, Fernando Carranza, and florencio jeronimo were taken into custody.
