cantaloupe outbreak 09/28/11 0700 e.a.

the center for disease control and prevention has announced that 13 deaths and 72 illnesses have been linked to a listeria outbreak traced to colorado cantaloupes.  the affected crops include cantaloupes that were shipped to california.  the recalled fruit may be labeled “colorado grown”, “distributed by frontera produce”, “jensen farms dot com”,  or “sweet rocky fords”
