a hearing to discuss the county redistricting proposal has been scheduled for today by the santa cruz county board of supervisors. the newest proposal rejoins the city of scotts valley, after a recent proposal split the city along highway 17. the board of supervisors is set to meet at 10:45 a.m. today at the santa cruz county governmental center.
