in wake of an accident in which an 83 year-old woman died from injuries sustained following a collision with a skateboarder, the capitola city council is set to review its regulations regarding skateboarding at their meeting today. currently, skateboarding is prohibited in capitola village, although the accident took place just outside the village limits. the meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight at the capitola city council chambers.
