Authorities in Santa Cruz County arrested 5-people late last week, after an armed carjacking took place in the Las Lomas Area. The incident occurred on Thursday, when a man was robbed at knife-point, as he was at a stop sign at Sill and Hall Roads. Santa County Sheriff’s Deputies located the car later (in Soquel), after it had rolled over. 4-juveniles were taken into custody, as was 19-year-old Watsonville resident Erick Ivan Valencia-Manera. All were turned over to Monterey County Authorities for booking.
