2-people died when their small plane crashed into the administrative offices at watsonville community hospital, this (thurs) evening. Nobody was reportedly inside the offices at the time of the 7:30 p.m. crash. The plane reportedly had trouble immediately after takeoff from watsonville municipal airport, as the pilot tried to get above the fog line. The plane caught fire after the crash, and the flames were put out by watsonville firefighters. Patients were not evacuated from the hospital during the incident.
