a florida woman was arrested yesterday after illegally walking on the shoulder of northbound highway 17 near pasatiempo. 34 year-old cheryl beauchamp was contacted by chp officers around noon following reports that a pedestrian was walking along the highway. as officers APPROACHED beauchamp, she removed her bikini top and shorts, exposing herself to traffic. beauchamp was handcuffed, and dressed, and later booked into santa cruz county jail.
