Monterey county judge terrance Duncan has announced that he will be retiring this summer. Judge Duncan is scheduled to serve his last day on the bench on august 17th. He has served as a judge for 29-years, including 16-years on the Monterey county superior court. Duncan began as an assistant public defender in the Monterey county district attorney’s office in 1971.
