Highway-1 at alder creek was re-opened today, nearly 2-months after a landslide closed a portion of the highway between carmel and cambria, about 40-miles north of big sur. The road is now fully re-opened, after clean up efforts totaling roughly 5-million dollars. Drivers are still urged to be cautious in the area.
