2-men pleaded no contest Tuesday to attempted murder charges. The men, (who are brothers), chose to forgo a trial, relating to the stabbing of a 12-year-old boy in october. The victim was driven to a field in salinas, before the 2 attacked and stabbed him. The juvenile was able to survive the assault, but suffered serious injuries. He has since been released from the hospital. The suspects, severino and domingo perez, are set to be sentenced on august 4th.
