the hollister police department has announced that a d.u.i/driver’s license checkpoint is scheduled for this coming holiday weekend. depending on the weather and traffic volume, all vehicles may be checked for those driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. the checkpoint is slated for saturday night between 7 p.m. and midnight within the hollister city limits.
