a hearing that began today is set to continue tomorrow, to decide if convicted child molester james lamb will be released from state custody. Lamb has been under conditional release for 2-years, living on a property in Monterey county. If a judge rules he is fit for release, he would be free to move anywhere within, or out of, California. So far, 2-psychiatrists have testified that lamb is not ready for unconditional release.
