C-H-P officers in santa cruz arrested a man on Saturday for dui, and for felony possession of a weapon. 20-year-old darius jamal brown was taken into custody after being pulled over near the entrance to ucsc, for playing his stereo too loudly. The officer searched the vehicle, and found a billy club inside. After a struggle, brown was placed under arrest. The union city resident also faces charges of resisting arrest. He was booked into santa cruz county jail, and has since posted bail.
