2-people accused of killing a man last October, (and paralyzing another), will stand trial for murder. that was the ruling by a Monterey county judge on Friday, who decided that there is enough evidence to try 20-year-old jesse Estrada diaz, and 15-year-old Ricardo Villanueva for murder and attempted murder. (Villanueva is being tried as an adult.) The 2-are accused of gunning down 2-people on the 1-hundred block of salinas’ key street, leaving 1-man paralyzed, and another—(20-year-old Jaime esteban guerrero)–dead. The 2-suspects are scheduled to return to court on june 15th.
