one lane of northbound highway 101 just north of highway 129 was closed for an hour yesterday. that after the bed of a truck that was towing 12 tons of black gravel malfunctioned and spilled the gravel all over the roadway just before 8 a.m. cal trans crews were on the scene cleaning up the gravel until noon.
