Arson is now believed to be the cause of a fire this morning in monterey, that burned a doctor’s office on dormandy court. An employee at the eye-doctor’s office has been arrested, as the suspect who started the fire. Salinas resident 37-year-old angelic marie ramirez was booked into monterey county jail on arson charges. Nobody was injured in the 7:50 a.m. fire, however the flames destroyed the office of allure optical. They were able to be contained before spreading to surrounding structures.
